What is My Loretto Health?

My Loretto Health is an online tool that goes a step beyond simply displaying information by helping you manage your healthcare easily and securely. My Loretto Health gives patients instant access to their personal health information, including: accessing and viewing your personal health record; the ability to update your complete personal profile online; securely view your medical test lab results, medications and health summary.  In addition to handling your own care, parents and health care proxies with authorized consent will appreciate the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care.

Where does my health information in the Portal come from?

All of the information in the My Loretto Health portal comes from your Loretto Hospital Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

Is my information safe?

Yes. All My Loretto Health portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open

How do I log into the Portal?

To log into the Portal, visit the My Loretto Health link at www.lorettohospital.org/my-loretto-health. Then, simply scroll down the screen to click on the New User button to enter your user name and password (see enrollment information on the reverse side of this page).

What information can I access?

Once enrolled, patients can view their personal health record, list of prescribed medications and update their personal profile. Features such as online bill pay, appointment scheduling, and the ability to request medication may be added in the future.

What if I ever have technical problems with the Portal?

There is a Contact Us section on the homepage of the My Loretto Health portal that allows you to submit any questions to troubleshoot any issues you encounter. You can also call the Help Desk at 773-626-4564.

Is there a fee to use My Loretto Health?

My Loretto Health is a free service that is offered to our patients.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is as easy as 1-2-3! If you already know your Medical Record Number (ex. M123456789) and you provided your personal email address to Loretto Hospital the last time you visited us, you can go to www.lorettohospital.org/my-loretto-health and click on the “Need to Register” link.

I don't have an email address, how do I get one?

The email address that you provide needs to be an email address unique to you, not a family email address. There are many free email services available to use. If you are looking to create a free email account, some of the more established email providers are:

Can I view a family member's health record in My Loretto Health?
My Loretto Health portal allows you to keep your family informed about your health. At the patient’s discretion, authorized family members access to health information with the patient’s consent. This is called Proxy Access and allows a parent, guardian, or other family member access to their personal My Loretto Health account to view their personal health information.  This needs to be done within your healthcare facility and requires consent from you and your family member(s).
